Spring Flowers

Happy Saturday everyone! I waited to make this post while I figured out how to add my watermark to the photo. It's not anything super special but it will do for now. Here you go...
These simple cards were made using the Hostess stamp set Silhouette Sentiments, Whisper White card stock layered on a piece of Designer Series Paper from the Subtles Collection in Pretty in Pink and Certainly Celery colors. I used the opposite ribbon color. The flower layers were punch from scraps using one of three punches in the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack and a Basic Pearl jewel was placed in the center.
If you would like to gather some friends together at a workshop and earn a free stamp set like this one let me know! Don't forget that it is still Sale-a-bration through March 31, 2011 which means it is an awesome time to place an order (one FREE product with each $50 order), hostess a workshop (an additional FREE item with $300 in sales) or join me as a demonstrator (15% off your starter kit & a FREE 4-piece product bundle).

Birthday Bliss

I have been wanting to make a card with the Bliss stamp set since I first saw it in the sale-a-bration catalog. You can receive this as your free item with a $50 purchase between now and March 31, 2011! Contact me right away to schedule a workshop to be held before March 31 to earn extra hostess product and share the fun with your friends. Really want to have fun and the opportunity to earn money? Join me as an Independent Demonstrator! Click on the sale-a-bration brochure to the left for more information!
I got some inspiration from sister stamper, Angie Kennedy Juda, making it my own by using Rich Razzleberry with the Crumb Cake cardstock and adding the butterfly. The background is stamped by using the clear VersaMark ink pad. It adds just the right amount of color change to the card stock. The birthday sentiment is from the So Happy for You stamp set (also a sale-a-bration set) added to the Bliss stamp on Very Vanilla card stock and punched with the Decorative Label punch.

Sweet Thoughts of You

This elegant card is made with layers of Very Vanilla, Red Riding Hood Red and Black card stock along with a piece from the Love Letter designer series paper and the use of the Scalloped Edge Border punch. The flower is made using the Scalloped Circle punch and cutting toward the center with scissors to make petals. The lovely embossing comes from running the piece of Very Vanilla card stock through the Big Shot with the textured impressions folder Elegant Lines. The sentiment is from the Hostess stamp set Something to Celebrate. A brad from the Filigree pack and Jewels Basic Rhinestones complete the look.

Aqua Pen coloring

Today I have been coloring using the Stampin' Up! Aqua Pen. The pen is a brush with a water compartment in the handle. By picking up ink from my classic ink pads I was able to watercolor all of these images in a short period of time. Don't forget - for every $50 purchase you make now through March 31, 2011 you can receive one FREE item from the Sale-a-Bration catalog!
These are post-it note holders I made to have on hand in my "little gift" basket. I covered 4 inch squares of cardboard with Designer Series Paper, bound them using the Bind-it-All and added the stamped image from the Sale-a-Bration Sweet Summer set.

This post-it note holder is also stamped with an image from the Sweet Summer stamp set and punched with the Decorative Label Punch.

These cute images are from the Birthday Bakery stamp set available FREE to every Hostess who's workshop reaches just $150 in sales.
