Sweet Things with Friends Ink

Today we held our quarterly Friends Ink Stamp & Share. We talked about the Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-Bration promotions, the upcoming OnStage Events, and had a fun stamping challenge.

Our projects used the How Sweet It Is Suite so I made sweet treats for all who attended. I have been saving my empty spice jars for years and have stockpiled quite a few. I knew I would find the perfect use for them some day :) 

I also had one of our new Sweet Cups decorated as a sample. These food safe cups are 2-1/8" high and have 3-1/2" top diameter and 2-3/4" bottom diameter. Aren't they the cutest?

Once the stamping got started there was some serious concentration. Usually, I plan a Make & Take and we all assemble the same project. This time, I shook things up. Each demonstrator was given a card base, 1/2 sheet of Whisper White cardstock, and two 6"x6" pieces of the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper. Using the Sweetest Thing Stamp Set, Jar of Sweets Framelits Dies, Ink Pads, Ribbons, and Embellishments on the table they each created a card.
