Bokeh Technique Class

I held my monthly technique class yesterday and we had fun creating fun Bokeh backgrounds.

It is a two-step process. First, add your choice of colors to the watercolor paper. Second, use a stencil created with various circle punches or Thinlits and window sheets to add the Whisper White Craft Ink over the piece.

It is the perfect background for the dragonfly or other large bold stamp. Layers and dimension are optional.
