On Stage Local 2015

When Stampin' Up! holds an event in your state YOU GO! No question! On Saturday I joined hundreds of demonstrators in Vancouver, WA for what turned out to be a full day of new product reveals, stamping, demonstrations, prizes, gifts and just plain fun! The "Main Event" was held in Brussels, Belguim but we had just as much fun watching video from that event and live demonstrations at our venue.

 We each received a tote bag containing a New stamp set from the upcoming Occasions catalog, a planner/notebook, set of logo pens and an event pin in 1 of 8 colors as well as this metal water bottle.

My pin color was Pacific Point and when it was called I won another New stamp set!

The Occasions catalog is all about celebrations and we got our hands on 4 New stamp sets and coordinating products to create these...

Jingle All the Way Ornaments

Stampin' Up! puts on a great event and this weekend was no exception! The main event, OnStage Live, was held in Brussels, Belgium but I was able to attend 1 of 11 OnStage Local events held in the US, Canada and Australia. Friday evening I attended Centre Stage, the Leadership dinner. We were treated to a catered dinner, beautiful table settings, table gifts and training.

I love the Jingle All the Way stamp set and coordinating Sleigh Ride edgelits dies. I saw several similar ornaments online and just knew I needed to make some :)

The colors of the Fall leaves around my home are so pretty I decided to bring them inside with my paper and ink version.

  
 The Vintage Leaves stamp set and VersaMark ink were used to stamp the image on Whisper White card stock and then heat embossed with Gold embossing powder. I used sponge daubers and Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist, Mossy Meadow and Blackberry Bliss classic ink pads to get the highlights and depth I wanted. And don't worry, you don't have to fussy cut those leaves - the Leaflets Framelits Dies takes care of that!

The acorn is from the Acorny Thank You stamp set and I love that there is a Stampin' Up! punch that creates both the whole acorn shape and the topper.

Inking Idaho on the Road - Seattle, What a Blast!

Inking Idaho on the Road - Seattle was a huge success!  We actually met in Everett at the Firefighter's Hall with a sold out crowd.  I hosted the event with my Friends Ink team and my Upline, Becky Roberts & few of our other team members. I am sharing Becky's pictures with you since I was too busy to take many :)

My downline, Krista Murphy did an amazing presentation on Holiday gift wrapping using the Home For Christmas collection.

Becky's downline, Missy Hall from Portland, did a fantastic presentation on making luminaries with our Kraft bags and the Hearth & Home collection.

Every attendee received the A Little Something stamp set and all the projects were made using that set.

Friday night was all fall and Halloween projects.

Saturday afternoon after the presentations, they stamped 4 Christmas notecards & a Sketched Dots bag to place them in and created a little treat favor.

The displays were beautiful!  My team as well as a few of my sideline made them all and put them together.  I made the wreath on this door. Cards are  made by Shelley Fabens & Krista Murphy.
