I Love My Job!

Last Saturday was our Stamp with Friends, Ink event. It was SO much fun! A few members of my team and I spent the day stamping with 30 others.

And our projects. I didn't post these earlier this week because the projects we made were designed by Becky Roberts for her Inking Idaho on the Road Event being held this weekend in Boise, ID. I wasn't able to travel to Idaho so Becky graciously let us create her projects here in Washington. Even before her own event! She is an awesome upline, by the way, and when you join my Friends, Ink Team you also become a member of her Inking Everything Team. :)

How To Color Your Party Pop-Up Birthday Cake

I have had a few questions about how I colored the Party Pop-Up Birthday Cake in my last post. Here what I did...

I slid a scrap piece of paper under the cut-out and used sponge daubers to add the color.

Every Blessing

I had the privilege of completing the packaging for the volunteer gifts at my church this year. The office staff creates a gift of appreciation to the many volunteers who help throughout the year and for the past many years that gift has been a stamped desk calendar. This year they are packaged in CD mailers and I was happy to see that the Every Blessing stamp set is perfectly sized for the front.
