Perfect Blend part II

I have been having so much fun with this stamp set. Here is another card and a gift card holder.

Basic Gray and Real Red just go together! I used the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder on this one to add some great texture. The Real Red Polka Dots are from the I Am Me Designer Series Paper.
This gift card holder is made by first running the Crumb Cake cardstock through the Big Shot using the Card Base Pop 'n Cuts Die and then dressing it up with the Polka Dots Embossing Folder and Neutral Collections Designer Series Paper Stack. Use any of the Label Love stamps and the Artisan Label Punch to create the closing tab and attach it with dimensionals to allow the flap to tuck underneath.
I guess I should have put a gift card inside before taking the picture but you get the idea, right?

All supplies can be purchased through my online store

Perfect Blend

I am not a coffee drinker, Gasp! There, I said it. Sorry coffee lover's but it is true. I will go out to 'coffee' with you though and have a cup of tea and I do have a fun card to show you using the very poplular Perfect Blend Stamp Set.

What is black and white and read all over? Oh, come on, you know you were thinking it too! The newspaper print paper is from the Modern Medley Designer Series Paper package, the Real Red Polka Dots are in the I am Me Designer Series Paper and the Background is in the Neutrals Collection DSP Stack.
I stamped the Coffee cup stamp directly on the Real Red Polka Dot paper and cut it out. Then I stamped it again on Whisper White cardstock. Stamp the 'coffee and friends' stamp in Real Red on the band and cut out the band & lid. Use dimensionals to pop the lid up a bit and you have a card ready for your best coffee loving friend.

Be Merry

I Love Christmas! I love all the preparations (when I start early enough) and I love celebrating the birth of Jesus with friends and family. This will be one of the tags I mass produce for gifts this year. It is from the single stamp collection seen here.

There are a few tricks to making this tag...
This stamp coordinates with the Chalk Talk Framelit seen on the left but... it cuts the stamped image to the size of the center tag. I decided to hand-cut my tag on the outer lines of the stamped image and layer that on a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock.
To get the tag shape I inserted the Cherry Cobbler cardstock into the framelit as shown. I only wanted the tag hole to cut so I inserted the cardstock on TOP of the framelit with only the top-center portion under the framelit. Make sense?
I did the same with the stamped image but held it down just a bit.
The result is a perfectly cut hole for the Cherry Cobbler Chevron Ribbon which was looped through and tied with Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

I can't wait to wrap presents - I guess I better start shopping :)

You can order your stamping supplies anytime right here

LOOK! LOOK! LOOK!

This fabulous new tool was introduced at convention and I have had mine for a couple of weeks now. It is so cool! We can now make envelopes in 66 sizes from tiny to long & skinny using any of our cardstock or designer series paper!

  • It creates totally customizable envelopes in up to 66 different sizes: (not to mention a million different color and pattern options depending on the paper you want to use). Even tried and true envelope sizes will only take you moments to create!
  • It's super easy to use: It looks intimidating at first glance, but when you see that all you have to do is measure for the first punch and from there you just turn and score you'll go crazy (in a good way).
  • It's small and lightweight: It's super portable and easy to store. It's small and light enough that you could use it while watching a soccer match, at a park, at a friend's for craft night-anywhere.
  • It even has a slick scoring tool as well as a punch that lets you create rounded corners on your envelopes.
  • It's easy to keep it all together; the stylus storage compartment and two punches are designed into the tool so you don't have a bunch of little pieces to keep track of (even the instructions are printed right on the tool so you won't lose them!).

  •  #133774 Envelope Punch Board $19.95
