NEW 2011-2012 Catalog & Idea Book!

The excitement is building in anticipation of the 2011-2012 Stampin' Up! Catalog & Idea Book which goes live on July 1st.
As a demonstrator, I will be able to see the new catalog online one month earlier - on June 1st! At that time I will also place a pre-order for some of the new goodies and catalogs to share with YOU. (Just pay shipping if you are out of my area) Of course, hostesses who hold a workshop after July 1st will also receive the new catalog free so call or email me today to get your workshop scheduled.

OK, I've told you about May and July. What about June? Also posting online on June 1st will be the 2010-2011 "Retired" list. Stamp sets due to retire will be available on orders placed before June 30th. Any Paper, Ribbon, Embellishments or Tools which appear on the "Retired" list will be limited to stock on hand. Once they are gone, that's it! I encourage you to get online on June 1st to see if any of your favorites are set to disappear and place your order online at that time to stock-up.

My First Digital Scrapbook Pages

I received my copy of My Digital Studio last week and soon after watching a video tutorial and a few clicks of the mouse I completed four scrapbook pages! How FUN. Now instead of printing individual photos I can click, click, click and have printed pages delivered to me. I can then just insert them, as is, in an album or add finishing touches of coordinating Stampin' Up! ribbon and/or embellishments before slipping them into the page protectors. I might actually get caught up someday!

For this two-page layout I wanted to showcase as many pictures as possible so I chose a "photo only" template. Picked my background paper from the extensive list, added a few stamp images and the caption and click - all done!

For this special layout I started with a Designer template, added my photos, changed the background colors and caption. It's so easy! For these pages I plan to add ribbon and embellishments when they arrive.

Happy Belated Mother's Day

These are the card and gift-box I made for my Mom so, of course, I couldn't show them to you until after she received them. I hope that all of you enjoyed some special moments last weekend with your own Mothers and/or children.

Melon Mambo card stock and designer series paper really make the Very Vanilla Fun Flowers cut with the Big Shot pop! I used a sponge dauber to add Melon Mambo to the flower petals and a Flower brad in the center on the card.
